VirtualPanya-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের Website ব্যবহার করা, Account তৈরি করা অথবা কোনো Product বা Service Purchase করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচে উল্লেখিত Terms & Conditions মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
যদি এই Terms & Conditions-এর কোনো অংশের সাথে আপনি একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের Website বা Services ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
এই Terms & Conditions আমাদের Refund & Return Policy এবং Privacy Policy-এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে একসাথে বিবেচিত হবে।
১. সাধারণ তথ্য ও সেবার ধরন
VirtualPanya একটি Digital Product ও Digital Service Provider। আমরা নিম্নলিখিত ধরনের Products/Services সরবরাহ করতে পারি:
VirtualPanya একটি স্বাধীন Digital Product Seller — আমরা অধিকাংশ প্রোডাক্টের Official/Authorized Distributor নই; বেশিরভাগ প্রোডাক্ট Official Source থেকে সংগ্রহ করে পুনরায় বিক্রয় করে থাকি।
সকল Brand Name, Logo, Trademark এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট Intellectual Property তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের সম্পত্তি।
২. Customer Information ও Account-এর দায়িত্ব
Order করার সময় Customer-কে সঠিক ও বৈধ তথ্য (নাম, Email, Phone Number, প্রয়োজনীয় Account/Payment Information) প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে Delivery বা Activation ব্যর্থ হলে VirtualPanya দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩. Product Price ও Payment
Website-এ প্রদর্শিত Price Checkout-এর সময় প্রযোজ্য মূল্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। Payment সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর Order Processing শুরু হয়। নিরাপত্তার কারণে প্রয়োজনে Order/Payment Manual Verification করা হতে পারে; Payment তথ্য সন্দেহজনক হলে Order Hold, Reject বা Cancel করা হতে পারে।
৪. Digital Delivery Policy
আমরা মূলত Digital Products/Services সরবরাহ করি — সাধারণ Courier Delivery প্রযোজ্য নয়। Delivery হতে পারে Email, WhatsApp/Messenger, Customer Account/Dashboard, Activation Link বা Manual Setup-এর মাধ্যমে।
সাধারণত Delivery-তে ১ ঘণ্টা থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা সময় লাগতে পারে (Payment Verification, Supplier Delay বা Technical কারণে সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে)। Instant Delivery শুধুমাত্র Product Description-এ আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ থাকলে নিশ্চিত। সঠিক Email/Number দেওয়া Customer-এর দায়িত্ব।
৫. Product Usage Policy
Customer-কে প্রতিটি Product-এর Description ও Usage Instructions মেনে চলতে হবে। নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:
Terms ভঙ্গের কারণে Product/Account Restrict, Suspend বা Cancel হলে Refund, Replacement বা Warranty প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।
৬. Subscription & Activation Policy
Subscription Product Activation Link/Code বা Customer-এর নিজের Account/Email-এর মাধ্যমে Activate হতে পারে। Activation-এর পর সংশ্লিষ্ট Third-party Platform-এর নিজস্ব Terms ও Security System প্রযোজ্য হবে। Third-party কারণে Subscription Cancel/Suspend/Restrict হলে Refund/Replacement প্রযোজ্য হবে কি না তা আমাদের Refund & Return Policy অনুযায়ী বিবেচিত হবে।
৭. Personal Email ও Account Security
Personal Email/Account-এ Product Activate হলে:
Strong Password ও Two-Factor Authentication ব্যবহারের পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
৮. Warranty, Refund, Exchange & Replacement
Warranty, Refund, Exchange ও Replacement সংক্রান্ত সকল বিস্তারিত নিয়ম আমাদের পৃথক Refund & Return Policy পেজে উল্লেখ করা আছে — Purchase করার আগে সেটি পড়ে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। সাধারণভাবে:
৯. Order Verification ও Unauthorized Purchase Claims
Dispute-এর ক্ষেত্রে VirtualPanya Order ID, Registered Email, Phone Number, Transaction ID ইত্যাদি যাচাই করতে পারে। কোনো Customer দাবি করলে যে তার সন্তান/পরিবারের সদস্য অনুমতি ছাড়া Order করেছেন, শুধু এই দাবির ভিত্তিতে Refund স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে দেওয়া হবে না — Order/Payment Records-এর ভিত্তিতে বিষয়টি যাচাই করা হবে।
১০. Third-Party Platforms
আমাদের কিছু Product/Service Third-party Platform-এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত। তাদের Terms, Privacy Policy, Pricing, Features বা Restrictions সময়ের সাথে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, যা VirtualPanya-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে। এ কারণে কোনো সমস্যা হলে পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী বিবেচনা করা হবে।
১১. Prohibited Activities & Abuse
Fraud, Abuse, Unauthorized Access, Scam, Spam বা Account Misuse করা যাবে না। শনাক্ত/সন্দেহ হলে VirtualPanya Order Hold/Cancel, Access Restrict, Warranty/Replacement বাতিল বা Support সীমিত করতে পারে।
১২. Customer Behavior Policy
Customer Support-এর সাথে সম্মানজনক ও পেশাদার আচরণ প্রত্যাশিত। Threats, Harassment, Abuse বা ইচ্ছাকৃত বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Support Service সীমিত/বন্ধ এবং Refund/Replacement বাতিল হতে পারে।
১৩. Intellectual Property
Website-এর Logo, Branding, Design, Graphics, Text VirtualPanya-এর সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বিতরণ বা Commercial ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ। Third-party Brand/Trademark সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিকদের সম্পত্তি।
১৪. Privacy & Personal Information
Customer-এর Personal Information আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী সংগ্রহ ও প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। Order করার আগে Privacy Policy পড়ে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
১৫. Order Cancellation Rights
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে VirtualPanya Order Hold, Cancel বা Reject করার অধিকার রাখে: Payment Verification ব্যর্থ হলে, Fraud সন্দেহ হলে, Product Unavailable হলে, Terms Violation হলে, বা Third-party Limitation থাকলে। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Refund আমাদের Refund & Return Policy অনুযায়ী বিবেচিত হবে।
১৬. Service & Policy Modification
VirtualPanya যেকোনো সময় Product Price, Product/Service, Warranty Terms, Support Policy বা এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে। নতুন Terms প্রকাশের পর তা কার্যকর বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
১৭. Age Restriction
VirtualPanya-এর Products/Services শুধুমাত্র ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সীদের জন্য। Order করার মাধ্যমে Customer নিশ্চিত করছেন যে তিনি কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী।
১৮. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা
এই Terms & Conditions বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
১৯. Terms & Conditions-এর সাথে সম্মতি
Website ব্যবহার, Account তৈরি বা কোনো Product/Service Purchase করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions পড়ে, বুঝে ও এতে সম্মতি দিয়েছেন বলে বিবেচিত হবেন।

These Terms & Conditions are related to our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, and will be considered together where applicable.
1. General Information & Nature of Services
VirtualPanya is a Digital Product and Digital Service Provider. We may offer the following types of Products/Services:
VirtualPanya is an independent Digital Product Seller — we are not the Official/Authorized Distributor for most products; most products are procured from Official Sources and resold.
All Brand Names, Logos, Trademarks, and related Intellectual Property belong to their respective owners.
2. Customer Information & Account Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and valid information (name, Email, Phone Number, and any necessary Account/Payment Information) when placing an order. VirtualPanya will not be held responsible if Delivery or Activation fails due to incorrect or incomplete information.

The price displayed on the website will be considered the applicable price at the time of Checkout. Order Processing begins once Payment is completed. For security purposes, an Order/Payment may be subject to Manual Verification; if Payment information appears suspicious, the Order may be placed on Hold, Rejected, or Cancelled.
4. Digital Delivery Policy
We primarily provide Digital Products/Services — standard Courier Delivery does not apply. Delivery may take place via Email, WhatsApp/Messenger, the Customer’s Account/Dashboard, an Activation Link, or Manual Setup.
Delivery typically takes 1 hour up to a maximum of 24 hours (delivery time may vary due to Payment Verification, Supplier Delay, or Technical reasons). Instant Delivery is only guaranteed if separately stated in the Product Description. Providing a correct Email/Number is the Customer’s responsibility.
5. Product Usage Policy
Customers must follow the Description and Usage Instructions for each Product. Prohibited activities may include:
If a Product/Account is Restricted, Suspended, or Cancelled due to a violation of these Terms, Refund, Replacement, or Warranty may not apply.
6. Subscription & Activation Policy
A Subscription Product may be activated via an Activation Link/Code or through the Customer’s own Account/Email. Once activated, the relevant Third-party Platform’s own Terms and Security System will apply. Whether Refund/Replacement applies in cases where a Subscription is Cancelled/Suspended/Restricted due to Third-party reasons will be determined according to our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Personal Email & Account Security
If a Product is activated on a Personal Email/Account:
Customers are advised to use a Strong Password and Two-Factor Authentication.
8. Warranty, Refund, Exchange & Replacement
All detailed rules regarding Warranty, Refund, Exchange, and Replacement are mentioned in our separate Refund & Return Policy page — please read it before making a Purchase. Generally:
9. Order Verification & Unauthorized Purchase Claims
In the event of a dispute, VirtualPanya may verify the Order ID, Registered Email, Phone Number, Transaction ID, etc. If a Customer claims that their child/family member placed an Order without permission, a Refund will not be automatically granted based solely on this claim — the matter will be verified based on Order/Payment Records.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Some of our Products/Services are related to Third-party Platforms. Their Terms, Privacy Policy, Pricing, Features, or Restrictions may change over time, which is beyond VirtualPanya’s control. Any issues arising from this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
11. Prohibited Activities & Abuse
Fraud, Abuse, Unauthorized Access, Scam, Spam, or Account Misuse is not permitted. If detected or suspected, VirtualPanya may Hold/Cancel the Order, Restrict Access, cancel Warranty/Replacement, or limit Support.
12. Customer Behavior Policy
Respectful and professional conduct is expected when communicating with Customer Support. In cases of Threats, Harassment, Abuse, or intentionally misleading information, Support Service may be limited/discontinued, and Refund/Replacement may be cancelled.
13. Intellectual Property
The website’s Logo, Branding, Design, Graphics, and Text are the property of VirtualPanya. Copying, republishing, distributing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited. Third-party Brands/Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14. Privacy & Personal Information
Customer Personal Information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. Customers are requested to read the Privacy Policy before placing an Order.
15. Order Cancellation Rights
VirtualPanya reserves the right to Hold, Cancel, or Reject an Order under the following circumstances: Payment Verification failure, suspected Fraud, Product Unavailability, violation of Terms, or Third-party Limitation. Where applicable, Refunds will be considered according to our Refund & Return Policy.
16. Service & Policy Modification
VirtualPanya reserves the right to change Product Price, Products/Services, Warranty Terms, Support Policy, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Newly published Terms will be considered effective upon publication.
17. Age Restriction
VirtualPanya’s Products/Services are intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older. By placing an Order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
19. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
By using the Website, creating an Account, or purchasing any Product/Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
